For the past three years I have been swimming in the muck, trying to find a way to eat clean while continuing to live and achieve at my current pace.
Because let’s face it.

Of course it wasn’t always this way…
When I was twenty-five my cousin (a doctor) said “the aging process has begun”.
I was lean and strong, quick-thinking, and could balance a large load with multiple and competing priorities.
Over the years I started slowing down. Suddenly little aches and pains found their way to me. Unexpected bumps and bruises where youthful and glowing skin used to be. Fogginess and uncertainty where there was clarity of mind. All of a sudden the time and effort I had to put into maintaining my energy and drive had multiplied to the point where it became a limitation. Feeling overwhelmed, I could manage balance less and less…
I was very fortunate. I was lucky enough to come across a mentor whose generosity, inspiration and guidance I remain forever grateful for.
He taught me to see detoxification and cleansing differently than everyone else. He taught me that pills and supplements don’t create lasting health change since they don’t improve your habits. Cleansing is something we do with every bite of food. Every bite you take either causes disease or prevents it.
Fast forward to now, and I’m looking forty dead in the eye.
Strong, focused, fearless.
